Step 1: Free IT Assessment
We provide a free* network assessment where one of our engineers will take a deep dive into your network looking for deficiencies that may leave you at risk.
While the engineer does their thing a sales representative will have discussions with you and your staff on your day-to-day use of your technology.
Step 2: Action Plan Presentation
CCI compiles information from the IT assessment including our engineers analysis and renders it down into an understandable presentation. We will schedule a return trip to your location to go over what we found and what needs to be done to remedy any issues.
Step 3: Onboarding Meeting
CCI sales and technical representatives will meet with you to coordinate the project schedule and action plan. Your IT problems are about to be solved!
Step 4: Stabilization Phase
We’ve discovered your network issues, now it’s time for the rubber to meet the road. Over a period of what is generally 1-3 months we will complete all the projects necessary to modernize, secure, and update your network.
Step 5: Ongoing Services
This isn’t just a support agreement! What you are getting is far more than troubleshooting your computer problems (though that is certainly a part of the agreement). What you get is world class network security, communication and collaboration enhancements, readily available data even in the face of an attack, and a seamless, user-friendly IT experience.
*(Free network assessment is contingent upon client allowing CCI a 90 minute meeting (with company ownership/decision-makers) to discuss assessment findings and propose managed services contract. Failure to meet will result in $2,500 charge for the assessment)
